The event, organized by Foodhub, took place online from 10 to 13 November 2025 and will conclude with an in-person networking day in Cesena on 16 December, bringing together companies, research centres, startups, universities, and industry professionals focused on the future of food innovation.

Representing Stelar, during the second day of the festival, Roberto Anedda from Porto Conte Ricerche who delivered the talk:

Applications of Fast Field Cycling NMR (FFC-NMR) are becoming increasingly important in agrifood research thanks to its ability to investigate:

- Dairy and cheese characterization
