Stelar SRL at APNMR NMRS 2025 | Advancing NMR Technology

Stelar SRL had the privilege of participating  in the 11th Asia-Pacific NMR (APNMR) and the 30th National Magnetic Resonance Society (NMRS) conference. The event was hosted at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) in Pune, India. It gathered leading experts and innovators in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). By participating in this prestigious event, we had the opportunity to showcase our commitment to innovation and global collaboration.

Dr. Manoj Nimbalkar’s Keynote Presentation

A pivotal moment during the conference was the insightful talk delivered by Dr. Manoj Nimbalkar, one of our leading experts in NMR relaxometry. Dr. Nimbalkar presented the work carried out by the collaborative team composed of Manoj Nimbalkar, Imran Sawarkar, Edoardo Pinna, and Gianni Ferrante.

His presentation, titled “Revolutionizing Molecular Insights with Fast Field Cycling NMR Relaxometry,” captivated the audience with its depth and clarity.

Dr. Nimbalkar highlighted:

  • Explanation of Fast Field Cycling (FFC) NMR: as a powerful technique that enables the study of molecular dynamics by rapidly varying the magnetic field strength, allowing for field-dependent relaxation measurements, providing insights into slow molecular motions and interactions.
  • Innovative Techniques: The application of Fast Field Cycling (FFC) NMR to study molecular dynamics by measuring T₁ and T₂ relaxation times. This leads to obtain various important data about molecular fluctuations over a wide frequency range (T₁) and molecular rigidity, intermolecular interactions and exchange processes (T₂).
  • Practical Applications: Breakthroughs in polymer science, where FFC NMR provides critical insights into structural and dynamic properties, and in the analysis of biological tissues, advancing both research and clinical diagnostics.
  • Intermolecular Interactions: The unique ability of FFC technology to probe interactions that are otherwise undetectable with traditional NMR methods, paving the way for new scientific discoveries.

His session was met with enthusiasm and sparked engaging discussions among researchers and industry professionals, further solidifying Stelar SRL’s reputation as a leader in scientific innovation.

The Conference: A Hub of Scientific Exchange

The APNMR NMRS 2025 conference served as a vibrant platform for knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Researchers from across the globe gathered to present their work, exchange ideas, and explore emerging trends in NMR technology. Topics ranged from fundamental studies of molecular dynamics to cutting-edge applications in material science and healthcare.

The event’s diverse agenda included keynote speeches, technical workshops, and interactive panel discussions. The presence of international participants underscored the global significance of NMR research and its far-reaching impact across various disciplines.

On-Site Representation: Building Stronger Connections

Representing Stelar SRL at the event were Dr. Vijay Gupte and Dr. Arnesh Ganguly, esteemed members of our distribution partner, Cryogen. Their contributions were invaluable, as they:

  • Fostered Collaboration: Engaged with attendees to discuss Stelar’s cutting-edge solutions and explore potential partnerships.
  • Strengthened Relationships: Reinforced existing collaborations within the scientific community and identified opportunities for future projects.
  • Provided Expert Insights: Offered technical expertise and facilitated meaningful exchanges during networking sessions and panel discussions.

Their presence ensured that Stelar SRL’s innovative spirit was well-represented, and their efforts were instrumental in elevating our profile on a global stage.

A Step Forward in Scientific Excellence

Stelar’s participation in APNMR NMRS 2025 highlights our commitment to advancing NMR technology and fostering international collaboration. By contributing to groundbreaking discussions and building strong industry connections, we continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in relaxometry and molecular research.
